Refund Policy

Fall/Winter Season Refunds: Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line "Fall Refund Request", prior to August 20th.

Spring Season Refunds: Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line “Spring Refund Request”, prior to March 31st.

Summer Camp Refunds: Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line "Camp Refund Request", prior to July 10th.

Important Notes:

  • No refunds will be issued to players who have accepted a spot and are registered with a team.
  • No refunds will be issued if games or practices are canceled due to weather conditions.
  • No refund requests will be accepted after the first session of the season/program.
  • All refunds are subject to an administration fee of $75.
